Reclaimed Stage is located at: 304 East Railroad Street Centralia, Missouri. The outdoor venue sits in the backyard of “The Church,” a historic building reclaimed in 2018.

Tickets

How can I purchase tickets for events at Reclaimed Stage?

Tickets can be purchased: - Online through our official website - In person at Reclaimed Book & Bean

Tickets are sold for each individual event.

We also offer a Season Pass, which provides General Admission to every event during the calendar year. Season Passes are available for purchase online.

How do I receive my tickets if I purchase them online?

Tickets are physical tickets. When purchasing online, you can choose one of two fulfillment options:

• Pick up your tickets at Reclaimed Book & Bean coffee shop

• Pick them up at the Will Call table on the night of the event

You will need to present your physical ticket when entering the venue.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are not refundable, but they may be transferred to another person if you cannot attend.

If a show is canceled due to weather, we will reschedule the event whenever possible, and your tickets will be honored for the new date.

What is Reclaimed Stage like?

Reclaimed Stage is an outdoor music and entertainment venue located in the backyard of “The Church,” the former home of St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church.

With a rustic stage, string lights, and an intimate atmosphere, the venue offers a relaxed setting to enjoy live music and community.

Venue capacity: 600 guests.

When do doors open?

The front door of “The Church” opens 1 hour before show time.

Please check the event listing for the specific start time for each show.

Seating

What type of seating is available?

All seating is General Admission lawn seating on a first-come basis.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chair.

Children & Families

Are children allowed at events?

Yes. Reclaimed Stage is a family-friendly venue. However, some shows may have age restrictions, so please check event details before purchasing tickets.

Children 4 and under do NOT need a ticket.

Children without a ticket in the GA area may need to sit on a lap depending on available space.

Food & Drinks

Are outside food or drinks allowed?

No outside food or beverages are permitted. We offer concessions.

Food is typically available from the time doors open until we sell out.

Our menu remains fairly consistent, but new items may be added each season.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted at the venue?

We accept: Cash, Credit and Debit Cards. Our Square system may also support Apple Pay depending on the device used.

Is there an ATM at the venue?

There is no ATM on-site, but several ATMs are located within a block or two of the venue.

Parking

Is parking available at the venue?

Parking directly in front of “The Church” is reserved for handicap parking only.

A handicap license plate or tag is required to use this parking area.Additional street parking is available nearby.

Accessibility

Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes. Reclaimed Stage is committed to providing accessible facilities for all guests.

The venue includes: A wheelchair-accessible ramp at the back entrance. A cement patio seating area immediately outside the back door.

Re-Entry

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes. Guests are allowed to leave and return. We typically use wristbands for guests 21+, primarily to satisfy insurance requirements.

Bags & Personal Items

Are bags allowed?

Yes. Purses, backpacks, and small bags are allowed. However, outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted inside the venue:

• Coolers

• Wagons or carts

• Laptops

• Drones

• Noisemakers

• Laser pens

• Inflatables

• Illegal substances or items

Pets and comfort animals are not allowed.
Only service animals are permitted.

Weapons are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to prohibit any item that may detract from the experience of other guests.

Smoking

Is smoking allowed?

No. Reclaimed Stage is a non-smoking venue.

Safety & Security

Some events may include security personnel depending on artist contracts or event requirements.Law enforcement may occasionally be present depending on the event.

Photography & Video

Can I take photos or videos during shows?

In most cases, artists have encouraged guests to capture photos and videos. If an artist has restrictions, they will be communicated at the event.

Lost & Found

If you lose an item during an event, please contact us through the website or social media and we will do our best to help you locate it.

Weather Policy

What happens in case of bad weather?

Shows at Reclaimed Stage are rain or shine.

If weather conditions create unsafe circumstances (such as lightning, high winds, or flooding), the show may be canceled or rescheduled.

If this happens:

• Guests will be notified via social media

• Further instructions will be provided regarding rescheduled dates or refunds

Refunds due to weather are only available if an event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled. If a show is rescheduled, original tickets will be honored for the new date.
